These APEXi Camber Plates will fit most JDM branded coilovers that have an 18mm diameter of the shock shaft. The ID of the spherical bearing in the pillowball is 18mm, most likely most coilover shock cylinder shafts/rod will be smaller but then using a distance collar to fit through the bearing itself.
